Any ITIL people out there? I'm wondering how many folks we get on the site who are focused on ITIL v3, or specific topics like Capacity Management?
If you're not ITIL focused - is there someone in your org that is? Would they benefit from some proven practices that show how things change with virtualization? Why not send them a link to VIOPS and get them involved?
We already started a couple of these.. The specified item was not found.
